PNC Infratech has secured two Hybrid Annuity Mode (HAM) highway projects in Uttar Pradesh worth a combined Rs 3,483 crore from the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI). Executed through special purpose vehicles (SPVs), the contracts cover a 101.5 km stretch of NH-927, aimed at boosting regional connectivity. Both projects feature a 24-month construction window followed by a 15-year operations and maintenance (O&M) period.
